Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

CreatioSoft Solutions is a third party service provider targeted towards gaming and has partnered with many leading organizations of the world for the same. We are one of the few organizations in India that has great expertise in Casino Gaming .

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

All the three founders are avid gamers in ther personal life. So we decided to make our love for games as our profession and hence started the Organization.

What is your life mantra?

One shall always do what he or she feels is right and the rest will happen automatically.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Well, our journey has been like a roller coaster with lot of challenges but some majors are the fund management, employee leaving at a critical time, convincing clients sometimes is a uphill task and many more which are a part of business life. But Yes, the challenges provides lot of opportunities to learn as well.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Hard work, dedication and persistence with complete retrospective of what has been done wrong in the past so that such mistakes are avoided in future helped us in overcoming challenges.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

We strive our best to motivate employees via good culture, flexible timings, regular parties and outdoor trips and similar other HR practices.

Willingness to Fail and Rise again, Appreciate Others work, True to oneself.

Understand the customers as it is not necessary that what you love , your customers will also love it as Beauty Lies in the eyes of the Beholder.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

We are planning to now enter into the upcoming technology : i.e Virtual Reality Gaming and will be looking to raise some investments on the same as well. Our Aim is to be the Paytm of Indian Game development Market.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

May be Focus more on Analytics. Going by Intuition is Great but Intuition supported by Numbers is Mind Blowing.
