Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Services Aggregation Technology Platform for Hotels, this helps hotels to discover, transact, analyse and accelerate their business. We are building a one stack product for hotels to manage their complete reservations- Central Reservation System

Online Travel Agents Distribution – Channel Manager

Offline Travel Agent, Tour Operators & Corporates – Automation of complete reservation process into online. Build Hotels Own sales channel – Powerful Booking Engine customisable with great user experience.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Independent hotels and small hotels had a great issue to manage their inventory and distribution, the technology available was too expensive, obsolete not user friendly. We want to build a GDS (Global Distribution System) for Non GDS hotels.

What is your life mantra?

Stay in the game, always deliver more than expected.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Adoption of technology by smaller hotels. Converting monthly subscription to pay per transaction model.

How did you overcome those challenges?

User friendly platform, responsive customer service and experience.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We have raised a USD 2 Million capital from Seed Fund

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

We spend too much time to identify the right team, our core team spends lot of time with a new hiring so we could get the best output and team understands the vision and mission of our business model. We have motivated team, they take responsibility to deliver. With so much of money and opportunity we have lost the few, but we have always replaced with much better and balanced talent.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

Patience, Product, Persistence and Peformance

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Mostly used app in our business is google business apps.

Share any one habit which you think makes you more productive.

Reuse if it exists, just tweak it for the innovation, improvement and performance. Completely new innovation is very difficult to sustain.

Start up is a very tough journey, that too if you are not a IIT or from IIM or engineer. Be a dreamer and work towards making it a reality. Passion & belief is a greatest asset.

100 K Room Nights and to be Asia’s leading hotel distribution and analytics platform.
