Anand Sharma received a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Joseph’s College, Darjeeling. He felt the need to start an ecommerce store, which can have a long lasting value that sells almost everything. Believing his instincts, he led the formation of Alles Online Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. Anand also started Alles group of companies with the formation of Alles Online Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. He aims to take his online marketplace to the next level and surpase all previous turnover figures.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Alles Online Products & Services Pvt. Ltd started its journey in October 2015. Our online store name is Allesdeal.com. It is an online market place which will be launched soon, where one can get anything from household goods to fashion, accessories etc.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

E-commerce business has grown tremendously over the years, but still we hardly have 10 sites which are well known and reliable. We believe that we can make a difference here. We wanted to create something which has a long lasting value.

What is your life mantra?

Life is all about trusting your feelings, taking chances & finding happiness.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

One major challenge was to get tie-ups with vendors. We have somehow managed to persuade them and now most of the vendors are supporting us.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Discipline and focus played a vital role in overcoming the challenges we faced .

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

At present we haven’t fetched any investment, we are in our initial stage.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

We haven’t faced them till now so can’t say anything in this matter.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

Passion, Focus, Self-reliance.

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Uber App, facebook, whatsapp.

I keep my goals in sight at all times.

I am easily distracted by the online social networking sites, i want to change this habit and minimize my time in social network.

One tip to success:

Reading numerous biographies on great people and from my own personal observations and encounters, I’ve realized that those who achieve greatness professional and personally follow their passion. The reason why great people are few and far in-between is because most people don’t even know what their passion is. I believe one should follow their passion, success will come at the right time.

One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Don’t delay your launch. A major mistake when starting out is delaying your business launch because it’s not perfect. My advice is to launch your business as quickly as possible and refine your business model as you go

One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:

I have learnt to be patient, not to panic when things don’t go according to the plan.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

To make allesdeal.com one of the largest online market place and achieve highest turnover.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I believe things happen for a reason, in the way and order in which they were intended. I dont want to change the sequence of my past as it defines and directs my today.

What are your top three getaway destinations?

Goa, Switzerland and Australia
