As an authority on the future of business, finance and technology, the CEOWORLD Magazine is now one of the most widely read and respected magazine in the world.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Well, my personal inspiration is not different from my professional inspiration: If I hear a story of someone who has worked hard and fulfilled his or her dream – I feel incredibly motivated, uplifted, and inspired. If you are passionate and committed, then inspiration can come from anywhere.

What is your life mantra?

If you are doing something that you can’t tell your mother, the desired outcome can never benefit you.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Defining the balance of risk versus value and being able to put correct processes that help define the path to achieving the Key results within the correct timescales.

How did you overcome those challenges?

So by being helpful it may seem like a weakness to some, but in reality it is a strength that many will never have, because they would prefer to think of themselves first.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

Self-financed.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

You need to develop a company culture that values the effective and continuous transfer of knowledge so the loss of one talented individual doesn’t bring your company to a standstill.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

1) Go the extra mile to help others

2) Become a shameless self-promoter (without becoming obnoxious)

I read constantly, sometimes 2-3 books at a time. It confuses me a lot.

Just because you like Fish ‘n’ chips, that doesn’t mean everyone likes it.

To prepare for an eventual IPO.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I should have been more confident in myself, especially in the beginning. If you don’t think something is possible, then you’re probably right – it will never happen. One of the things I learned the hard way was that the biggest risk is not taking any risk.

Santorini, Goa, and Ibiza
