We are coming up as Technology Investment firm, in which we invst our technology in developing your product in returns to equity, and also providing best end-to-end IT services, from designing to maintenance. We are providing Mobile App development, Website development & Design services. We never compromise with the quality. Recently, we also launched a home product as well, Indore City App, a city guide for Indore.

At EngineerBabu, we always believed in the two things “ Happy Employee, Happy Clients”. This motivates Me and Mayank ( Co- Founder at EngineerBabu) to come with this cool work culture startup. On the very first day we decided to make a lively place to work rather than a jail. The things that we faced in our corporate life would not be there. Here, life will always be happy than frustrating typical IT environment. And we will always provide best services and will leave our clients not only happy but also delighted. That helped us in everything from hiring to acquiring clients.

Never give up and i always believe that every individual have potential to do anything small or big, nothing is impossible. We just need to have courage and passion to follow our dreams. I learned this from my grandmother. She was the continuous source of inspiration for me. Her life, struggle, thoughts, action every bit of her inspired me and shaped me what I am today. She was a real leader. She always believed me and my abilities.

Convincing my parents and to made this acceptable to so called society, that a girl can also do startup and can be successful. I made 2 startups Vendas Services in 2010 and Titliyan Creations in 2013 during my MBA. Titliyan Creations was a hit one of that time. Right from day one it was profit making product based startup. I was selling customized handmade cards globally by facebook only. Tiliyan was making good profit and I planned its expansion, but as I am done with MBA. I got pressure to do something which has a secured earning. But I decided to continue, and continued till November 2013.

As an entrepreneur I discovered myself during my startup journey. I am loving my work, problems become challenges to me. Whatever I have learned so far implemented and learned more and then again implemented. I am enjoying every bit of entrepreneurship. Now, I realize this is something that I always wanted to do but unaware of it.

We are bootstrapping and as of now not looking for any kind of investment. Rather we are trying to be technology investor to help aspiring entrepreneurs. As we understand the pain of entrepreneurs not getting funded and most of the good ideas dies due to lack of funding.

We believe in providing full freedom to our team so that they can be more creative & innovative. The work culture of Engineerbabu is our USP. We consider our employees as our family. Everybody unites whenever any employee is in need of any kind of help. While at office, we have our lunch together without any differentiation between us and our employees. We go out on trips. We celebrate birthdays. We conduct enormous number of activities. We dance, we play, we celebrate which ultimately helps in giving our best as we believe that if our minds are happy.

We use Quick books for our Accounts & Payroll management. We use Big Bucket for our coders & Basecamp for the project management.

When someone says you won’t do this because you are a girl, I can’t rest until I do that. I have a habit of thinking different and to do something different since my childhood.

I always enjoy challenges. I call myself LEO, and always follow Eagle in habits.

I usually take time in accepting the changes. It creates trouble to me time to time.

Be consistent and believe in the power of positive thinking. Follow the secret.

One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Diverting from the goal because of challenges. And take short cuts to avoid challenges.

One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:

Nothing can beat perseverance. There is no short cut to success. And if you have bruning desires for your dreams, nothing can stop you from achieving it.

To emerge as a promising technology investment firm so that we can help as much budding entrepreneurs.

No second thought. Once i will establish EngineerBabu i will go for pursuing my hobbies.
