A passionate entrepreneur at heart, Abhijit Pattnaik is currently working as a CEO at Emtronik Technology, an Embedded development Company. His duties involve working closely with existing clients to nurture long term relationships and identifying business opportunities. Abhijit’s expertise include embedded development, logistics management systems, and Robotics.
Abhijit’s startup, Emtronik Technology aims to bring green automation to everyone. It is also a learning & development hub for embedded systems, where students are guided for various projects. Emtronik Technology focuses on developing projects for clients in an economical way.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
Basically, we are a leading solution provider for all students and professionals who want to learn robotics, basic electronics, electronics circuit design, embedded system, micro controller, industrial automation, PLC, SCADA and mechatronics. We also provide free workshop in rural areas for creating awareness about latest technologies. Solar Energy and LED lighting Solution is the latest addition to our product portfolio.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
I wanted to teach ELECTRONICS AUTOMATION using Embedded system and ROBOTICS, this led me to start EMTRONIK TECHNOLOGY.
What is your life mantra?
“Knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice”. So, practical knowledge is very much necessary to nurture skills.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
Creating awareness among people about robotics and embedded system- how can they be self-dependent after learning the latest technology and controlling hardware through software.
How did you overcome those challenges?
We are organizing free workshops for different age students. In school and college we conduct demo of different robotics and embedded equipments. We have associated with 20+ engineering colleges in Bhubaneswar for training and helping them to design their projects.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
We are a bootstrapped startup, started with personal savings and financial aid from friends.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
To avoid brain drain, the common points would be- better education, better facilities, better job market, remove corruption.

Adaptability, Persistence, Dedication to work
