Creative and driven, Aayushi Jain’s interest lies in building things that solves problem. And these inborn qualities of her are reflected clearly in the ideology of her startup BrandBerry Mercom, a Noida, India based marketing agency that promises clients an end-to-end marketing & advertising solution.

After graduating in Mass Communication and doing diploma in animation & interactive technology, Aayushi stepped into the corporate world and worked as a marketer with several major brands. A keen observer, during her professional career she recognized many inefficiencies in the traditional approach followed by most marketers. After constantly brainstorming over the years that how to fill these gaps in the marketing industry, in June 2014, she finally launched BrandBerry Marcom to make the marketing process more efficient and more productive.

Our service is prompt as we live by the standard, “Converting Every Call into a Possible Customer.” BrandBerry presents to you ingenious advertising solutions that are problem-solvers and empower brands to share their ideas with the world with less or no effort.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

All too often, the benefits of implementing marketing solutions are not fully actualized; thanks to the time and effort companies lose in dealing with the challenges associated. BrandBerry seeks to change this by offering a full course platter of inclusive services to help companies derive the best from their marketing efforts. BrandBerry remains a premier – for its demonstrable efficacy in understanding a problem, proposing novel solutions and forecasting the outcome.

What is your life mantra?

Propose Solutions, Not Criticisms.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

To keep going – yes, that has been the most challenging! Funds, and the subsequent lack of them often dwindles your courage to stay afloat.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Water has been my attitude – Rise, Fall, Adapt, Rise Again!

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

We are all humans and we respect that – we pay heed to our employees’ humane needs at all levels…psst..even those girlfriend problems! Currently, we stand at a 0% attrition rate!

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

  • An Attitude of Moderateness – most tend to overdo it!
  • Agility – you don’t get to sail in the same boat always!
  • Flexibility is a mandate.
  • Smiling – I think a smiling face wins over hearts like nothing else. And business was all about people, right?

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Read books guys! There’s so much in there. I’m done with online, especially since it’s to do with my nature of work.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

I’d like to stick to one thing at a time – I’ve tried to have too much on my hands throughout my life – be it studies, or work.

What are your top three getaway destinations?

I love it off beat. Uttarakhand and Goa (in off seasons) are my all-time favorites; Seychelles being on my travel radar.
