The founder duos, Aakash Kamra & Sachin Kanodia are young and energetic entrepreneurs who have come this far with their diligent approach and belief in their dreams. Aakash had enough exposure in the field of marketing, operations and brand development but never had tech background earlier. They were running their own businesses trying to make it big. However, they always had to show samples beforehand to customer on time for the approval of samples, so they decided to help other companies to grow. They got an idea of providing express delivery services in 120 minutes, and founded rapid TOTO. It name is so catchy and gives a sparky vibe. Currently they are involved in various activities like strategic alliances & marketing.
They both are an inspiration for youth who aspire to touch skies and have the talent to do it. With limited resources, it was tough to find right people to work with but they sustained this business and secured rapid TOTO with their meticulousness. Investment was a never a concern as the model is profit base model. Rapid TOTO is now in talking terms with few of the investors to achieve more traction and expand the services to other parts of the country.
Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.
We are an express Delivery services who serves delivery in less than 120 minutes anywhere in Delhi/NCR. We do delivery for B2B, B2C & C2C. We deliver anything at the same price up to 20 KG. We are the only player in this Service, rest are doing for restaurants & Grocery.
What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
Sachin & I both run our own businesses. I am into print & packaging, whereas Sachin is a businessperson. We both face problems due to short of field boys. So we together and started this service for other to benefit.
What is your life mantra?
Social help the nation and reduce traffic on roads. In the future, we will make sure; all our vehicles are battery operated.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
When we started, our parents were against this, as they had heard about this business model for the first time & even customers thought this would not be sustainable in the future. Today we have more than 5000 consumers orders completed in less than 120 minutes, and more than 100 tie-ups with big brands including JustDial, Bercos, Ferns & Petals, Shop Clues and many more.
How did you overcome those challenges?
When we started the operations, we worked 16 hours a day. That made us achieve what we have today.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
We have invested a good amount in the business. We have many Deals with us for the investments, but waiting for the correct time & a perfect opportunity.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Brain Drain is managed by putting ourselves in a responsible position. By providing each other space & freedom to be creative and to take the decisions to a certain level we do not let fatigue get to us.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
There should be no limit to hard work. Be realistic & practical. You must have the will & Determination to move forward.

Although we have many ideas, this time we would make an App with Human interactive services.
