What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

To be honest, I hated when someone gift the stereotype leather diaries, or a boring pen stand. The only way I could change, is by jumping into the battlefield myself. Hence, we build Mufubu, a maverick trendsetter. We push creative boundaries and never abide by the status quo. We seek inspiration from the ordinary to make it extra-ordinary. Our products emulate and exude creativity and make everyday a bit more exciting.

What is your life mantra?

Being Straight Forward, Selective and Perfectionist and at last, I know how to say NO.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

Entrepreneurship is the synonym of challenges. For me, it’s a motivation to move on to achieving my goals. However, if I narrate the story, we get hardships every day, be it Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Design. Every department is running at their own pace and the most challenging part is to keep harmony amongst all of them and make them run together.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Whenever I encounter a bottleneck or situation, I work on its solution in such a way that it should not get repeated. Not just this, I ensure that I write about that situation in our Company’s Process Book and train my team how to get away with such a situation in future and thus improving their productivity. There are times, when we face Cash Flow problems and it’s very natural for a Startup. In my experience, I have found a way out by talking straight to my suppliers and customers. I am very thankful to them that I was never let down by them.

One mistake you believe every individual must avoid:

Never underestimate the knowledge of your customer. Listen more and speak less.

One most important lesson that you have learnt till now:
