"Reaching the goal is not important. It is the process that is everything!"

When three inspirations brain come together to chalk out a business plan for a new startup, then the result is an innovative venture like UnBoxed, a coworking space which houses a community of people from diverse backgrounds. In order to know about the startup, one has to understand a little more about the founders behind it. Rajiv Agarwal might appear slightly off the track but officially runs an IT company (Intellisoft), a medical transcription company (Intelliscript Transcription) and an organic food company (Intelliorganics). He has been the thought igniter for Un-boxed.

Nilesh Bansal started a small architectural consultancy by the name of CHAUKOR Studio, which received wide acclamation for its innovative sustainable outlook in various projects he undertook. From initiation to Un-boxed today, he has been the critical backbone formalizing the ideology, and organizational system. Tejeshwi Bansal is a gold medalist from School of Planning and architecture, Delhi. She has been managing, curating and making Un-boxed really work. She handles everything right from strategizing the plans and expansions to the day-to-day organization, financial models to the social integration of the co-workers in the community.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

We provide a coworking space for creative professionals, startup businesses and anyone who is interested in things. We strive to provide a conducive environment where ideas and resources can be shared within the coworking community and becomes beneficial at large.

Apart from community creation, we take care of all the basic office needs ranging from electricity backup, high-speed internet connection, conference and meeting facilities, cafeteria, events, brainstorming sessions, third party professional advisers for growing businesses etc.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

When my partner and I started our own architectural practice couple of years back, we faced problems in managing our office requirements while also completing our architectural assignments. Eventually, we realized that most of our time is getting used up in running our office rather than our practice.

This is an issue faced by many individuals and small startup businesses that lead to failure or boredom. Thus, we came up with the idea of a coworking space where we can provide a conducive environment for people to think and work.
