Rachna has vast experience in luxury hospitality spanning 14 years. She has always been of the view that her place in society lies in helping people find their purpose in life. This was the sole reason why at the age of 25, she decided to explore some other avenues. What is interesting aspect about her is that she took this decision with no hand holding, mentorship, knowledge & advice.
She is a bachelor of hotel management and has undergone a program for leadership development from Harvard business School. She came into the limelight of entrepreneurship with her venture Rachna Sharma and Company. As a Life Strategist, Speaker and a Philanthropist Rachna Sharma pride in being a passion-preneur who envisioned and founded Vision 2021 – One Million Youth for Peace.

The Rachna Sharma & Company has identified the opportunity gap in India in self-development / improvement Industry. India being the youngest country is going to go through a transition – from need-based on self-development / awakening.
Our products and services are focused on improving the lives of people through soulful leadership & integrated life.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?
My life Story. The need of a professional life mentor, inspiration, storytelling, motivation & hope. I wanted to create tangible measurable impact in people’s lives.

Do the impossible and live with it.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
Finding my purpose
How did you overcome those challenges?
Through self-awareness … finding my true passion, understanding my core values, motivations, strengths and finding a sweet spot to operate with a larger vision for this world.
Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
Self-funded so far. Our intent is to raise a few million dollars this year to scale our model.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
To create a culture which is high impact engagements & dialogues.
According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?
Resilient force, humility, and self-awareness.
Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?
I read voraciously about new research in human brain, psychology, and authentic leadership. Biographies of great leaders & literature in ancient wisdom.

My 7-hour sleep if not at a stretch then naps it up. Will not swop it for anyone.

Shooting Star – I do not stop when I am in the midst of the action. Sometimes I drain myself – and do not focus on physical fitness at all.

Nothing – my story has been very powerful to get me where I am today.

Good question !! Now we are talking some fun stuff. Anything that is close to nature, spiritual and Buzzing with vibrant energy.
