Nikhil Saini did his post graduation in computer science from Mahrishi Arvind Institute of Science & Management. Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

It’s all about my blog- Myquickidea.com. I do share knowledge about the blogging, WordPress, link building, keyword research, and all the stuff related to blogging. We offer content writing, link building, and blog migration service to our clients.

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

I always wanted to be a businessperson and started a business at the early age of 18. I struggled to find out my passion as I had so many interests. I did many things like selling cold drinks to PCs. Everything made me money, but still I wasn’t satisfied. During post graduation, I heard about blogging. At that time, blogging was at its peak. I found that blogging suits me because it gives me the liberty to follow my dreams. I took it as my passion and my inner-self accepted it. Hence, I decided to peruse it as a full-time career. I left my job and started working as a full-time blogger, and I’m quite happy with my decision.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Don’t listen to what others say, just follow your heart. I give priority to work after my family. Our passion should be our profession. Otherwise, we can’t enjoy working.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

I would say money factor remained the hardest part of my life. In the beginning, I had no money to buy a hosting and domain name. But if you work with complete determination, everything starts to help you. Same happened with me. Sometimes, I lost my patience, but I was determined that one day I would make money for sure.

How did you overcome those challenges?

I just remained neutral to what people said and kept focused on my target.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We are in the initial stage, so first we will work towards expanding the current clientbase then we will think of bringing some investments. I have some ideas in my mind and to implement them, I would surely approach investors. If we talk about blogging, it doesn’t require spending millions. I spend $60/year on hosting and domain. We are scaling up our business, and will talk soon for tie-ups.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

Every time we try to do something new, we welcome new challenges that come with it. If we do similar kind of projects, after sometime, the productivity drops. We have limited members in our team. We haven’t assigned any particular task to a certain individual. For example, if our content writer is busy with some other work, then someone else will take the responsibility to writing the content.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

Be persistent, generous and kind

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

Google keyword planner, Twitter, Email App and Buffer

Share any one habit which you think makes you more productive.

Prioritizing the tasks makes me productive.

Share any one habit which you wish to change in yourself.
