The most harrowing challenge we faced was during the gestation period of our venture. During this period, it takes a long time in implementing a policy change on ground. Transport and commute decisions in corporates are policy decisions, and any change or reform in policy is a time consuming process.

When the going gets tough …the tough gets going. It is important to stay on the wickets to get runs. Stay in action for long and the action will start loving you.

Aaveg has received steady funding from some key investors. We have gained favorable traction from the market, and have also signed up with couple of large corporate accounts as our premier clientele. Our venture is funded through internal accruals. Although we have been approached by many investors, we are still contemplating our future course of action related to funding, whether to go the equity way or to raise funds from interested investors.

Make people partner in the project however in spite of that there would be some delinquents … treat that as the cost of doing business.

We are currently focusing on addressing three specific issues that corporate commuters face. First comes the safety & security of commuters, followed by reducing road congestion levels, and finally, optimal utilization of transportation resources. Aaveg is also looking to help the Government of India in building up the right kind of infrastructure for its smart cities transportation project.

Furthermore, we have plans to make Aaveg a force to be reckoned with in the corporate mobility space, and are confident that every 3^rd vehicle will be registered as an Aaveg vehicle in years to come. We also hope to achieve maximum reach within any type of commercial vehicle, whether it is owned, managed, or available on Aaveg’s tech platform.
