After completing his bachelor’s degree in computer science, he went on to pursue his MBA while majoring in Marketing and minoring in human resources. While closely working in this sector for some years, he embarked on the entrepreneurial path to start Recruitwheels.in

Please provide a brief overview of your product/ service.

Recruit Wheels Provide assistance to Startups & SME’s with respect to attracting, hiring and helping them retain the right talent as Talent Engagement partner on one hand & on the other hand Recruitwheels help candidates (students& working professionals) with making them job ready through our customized workshops as Talent Management partners.

Recruit Wheels engage, empower and educate our stakeholder in the ecosystem.

What inspired you to build the above product/ service?

Since MBA days roughly 4 years, we ( i & my co founder) always wanted to combine social impact of our work and career and wok in a field where we can combine our passion and expertise. Hence came up with idea of Recruit Wheels where we assist our stakeholder as Talent partners.

What is your life mantra?

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?

I wont say challenge, I see every hurdle as a stepping stone, as a opportunity to learn and grow. Every opportunity has made me and my team both personally and professionally strong. We are able to improve ourselves with every setback and every opportunity, we were to grow and learn.

How did you overcome those challenges?

Team work, Passion, Integrity, Persistence.

Above all a strong desire to do something valuable and make a social impact through our efforts.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We are very prudent when it comes to our expenses, we ensure we use our cash flow and infuse it back into the system. We plan for 12 months of runway cash flow by our business operations. We are working on shoestring budget and we are boot strapping as long as possible.

How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?

We constantly engage with our team members, we share everything be it personal or professional challenge. We always encourage our team mates to speak out their mind, we celebrate every occasion. We believe in the unique concept of peer leadership, where you are responsible for the person on your left and on your right. We have regular mentoring and coaching session one-on-one with each team member where we sit and interact and our weekly review session where we exchange ideas and experiences.

According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success?

1) Courage – Courage is about self to have faith in our own actions.

2) Humility – Humility is about others, recognizing and working with them.

3) Discipline – Discipline is about implementation.

Which online tools/ services/ apps do you use the most and would like to recommend as well?

  • Whatsapp for team real time communication and engagement and idea exchange.
  • Google drive for Single point data sharing across various delivery center. Ensuring every internal stakeholder is updated in real time.

Effective Delegation, as an entrepreneurs we tend to do anything and everything by ourselves. Need to learn how and when to delegate effectively.

Auto mode. Everyday do something new, don’t be stagnate, push yourself to be better than yesterday. your competition is with you only.

What are your plans for next 3 years?

Phase I Currently in (Traction) – 2014 – 2015 – 1000+ candidates & 50+ Tie ups

Phase II (Revenue) – 2016 – 2017 – Growing our network in in International market.

Phase III (Data Analytics & Technology up gradation) – 2017-2018 – You of technology making hiring smarter and wiser and preparing candidates before position open ups.

If you get a chance to start your career again what would you do differently this time?

Nothing, I am quite thankful for the way my career has progressed so far everything and everyone in my career journey has made me smarter and wiser. Would not compromise or give up on the experience and people I came in touch with till date.
